I got this recipe several years ago from a friend named Kelson Johansen, so credit goes to him. I've never had turkey so juicy and yummy!
Chop fresh rosemary and thyme with some salt and pepper and cover the entire turkey. Cover the entire turkey in your favorite bacon (usually takes 2 lbs.) pinning it with toothpicks. Place in baking dish and pour enough chicken broth over the top to fill the bottom of the dish to one inch. Using a meat thermometer, bake until turkey is 130 degrees. Remove bacon and continue cooking until turkey is 150 degrees. Crisp the skin with the broiler. Remove and enjoy.
The bacon turns out great so find a way to use it as well.
