1 lb Ground Beef
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
8 oz. Sour Cream (or enough to taste)
2 cans Green Beans (french cut works best)
2lbs Tater Tots
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Add seasoning salt to ground beef and brown and drain. Add sour cream and soup to pan and heat through. Place tater tots in bottom of a 9 x 13 pan or casserole dish. Place green beans on top of tots. Place meat mixture on top of beans. Sprinkle with desired amount of cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
