Vegetarian Burritos

I really ended up liking these!

10 flour tortillas
15 oz can refried beans
1 t Chipotle Lime seasoning
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
15 oz corn (if canned, drain)
14 oz can diced tomatoes with chilies, drained
16 oz salsa

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick spray. Mix refried beans with chipotle Lime seasoning. Spread approximately 3-4 T refried beans, 2 T cheese and desired amount of corn and diced tomatoes onto each tortilla; roll up and place in casserole dish. Top with salsa and sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Cover with foil. Bake for approximately 40 minutes, until hot throughout. Serve with yellow rice.
