Amber's Frito Salad

6-8 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can corn, drained
2 Tbl. Fresh cilantro, chopped
5 green onions, chopped
½ C. Mexican cheese blend
Fritos
Catalina dressing (I don’t use a whole bottle)

Mix all ingredients together a few hours before serving. Just before serving, toss with Fritos.
