Amber's Bran Muffins

Thirty-Day Muffins

3 C. sugar, minus 1 Tbs. per cup
1 C. vegetable oil
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
5 C. flour
2 C. water
1 quart buttermilk
4 C. Kellogg’s All Bran
2 C. Nabisco bran or bran buds
Mix all together. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray and fill 2/3 full.
Bake 400 for 18-20 minutes
Bake just what you want and refrigerate the rest. Keeps in fridge for 30 days.
