Chicken Croissants (or Chicken in a Cloud / Chicken in a Blanket / etc.)

Delicious and easy to make. We boil the chicken to cook it so that it is more moist and tender. Thanks Diane for sharing this with David who shared it with me!! Makes 4 servings.

1 package of croissant dough – make into squares (or rectangles)

1- 3 oz soft cream cheese
2 Tbs – butter melted
2- cups cooked cubed chicken (about 2 breasts)
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbs milk
1 Tbs chopped chives

Put mix in center of dough. Pull four corners of dough together. Top with melted butter

20-25 minutes at 350 degrees
