Amber's Spinach Salad Dressing

1 C. oil (I use Canola oil)
½ C. salad vinegar
1/3 C. sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbl. Poppy seeds, if desired

Mix all ingredients very well. I usually add a little more sugar, salt and vinegar to meet the taste I want. Let dressing chill overnight before serving. Mix well again before adding to salad.
